Feels relaxing, still helping me with sleep issues due to bipolar (2nd year not taking psych meds). I live in Texas where I have no health care because you have to make over $17,000 annually to have the state assist you with payments for health care coverage. I have learned Texas also has a very low minimum wage. I have no meds for anxiety or mood stabilization. I understand these products are not intended to treat medical ills, I add this and other Hemp products as supplemental along with diet and exercise to improve my health.
