    Works very well. My only complaint has nothing to do with the product but, it’s container. It is very difficult to get the lid off.

    My only complaint is that it takes so long to feel the effects. I take .25mg to .30mg at night to help me sleep. I have to take it at least 3-4 hours before I go to bed in order for it to kick in when I lay down for the night. The other issue I’ve had is it wears off around 4 in the morning.
