What is Delta-8 THC?

What is CBD?
There’s no question that CBD is one of the hottest trends in health and wellness today. As a result, you can find CBD products around every corner. The products range anywhere from coffee shop lattes and moisturizing skin creams to pet treats and vaping pens. It’s no longer confined to dispensary purchases. CBD is popping up in major drugstore chains, gas stations, department stores and all over internet marketplaces (depending on the state).

Cannabis is illegal and CBD is legal in most countries around the world. However, because CBD is an extract from the cannabis plant, its legality is steeped in lots of regulation and legislation which mean that not everybody can grow, produce or purchase the products. Adding to this the fact that each country has its own laws that are ever changing regarding cannabis; it is a minefield answering questions regarding the legality of CBD.
