As a small family business, it is important for you to know that you are an extension of our family. While we may not be able to offer the same flexibilities on refunds, returns, and exchanges as Amazon 😉, we will do everything we can to make it right. Thank you all for your continued support. 

All sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted, and Refunds will not be issued.

Because of our strict policy, we ask that you fully inspect your products and labels prior to opening, tampering with, working with, heating in any way or ingesting. Once the product has been opened or used in any way, we cannot accept it back for a credit or an exchange of any kind.

If an order is cancelled prior to it leaving our facility, a full refund will be issued.

If your order arrives damaged, you are missing or received the wrong product(s), please reach out.

  • Photos of ALL products received. Please highlight any damage or issues. Ensure ALL labels are clearly identifiable. Photos of ALL original packaging, inside and out.
  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Any applicable descriptions 

Note: This must be done within 5 calendar days of delivery date. No exchanges credits or reships will be issued after this timeframe.

If a return is warranted/approved, please return in original packaging if possible. We will provide a return label via email once your request has been processed and approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
