USPS Shipping Delay Notification

Dear DENEX Customer,

It’s come to our attention that USPS is behind with package delivery even with using Priority service due to the surge of COVID-19 and online orders. We have reached out to USPS and tried to see if we can expedite or locate any delayed packages hoping that will speed things up.  We can only ask for your understanding, and we are doing everything we can to get your much-needed products to you as soon as possible.

Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality products to you, our customers, as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow a few extra days for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.
